Refund policy

Because many That Planner Chik products are handmade, made-to-order, or personalized, all personalized and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

For non-personalized items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Please double-check all personalization details, including names and spelling, before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization information provided by the customer.

Cancellations may only be requested before an order has entered production. Once a personalized or made-to-order item is in production, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by That Planner Chik.
